Responsibilities
- Manage website updates, landing page creation, and troubleshooting content uploads using our Content Management System (CMS).
- Maintain and optimize the CRM, email automation, audience segmentation, and data integrity.
- Partner with IT to support marketing technology initiatives and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize marketing tools, platforms, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track website performance, campaign results, and CRM health.
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in computer science, marketing technology, or a related field, with a strong understanding of biology or life sciences.
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience supporting website updates, integrations, and marketing technologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer science principles and marketing strategies.
- Excellent English-writing, speaking, and proofreading skills.
- Must be a team player with the ability and desire to collaborate with diverse staff and support customers.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft software (word processing, email, spreadsheet, and database applications).
- Organized and self-motivated.
