Marketing Technology and Operations Specialist - Remote - Nationwide

About the role
Supports the administration, organization, and day-to-day operation of marketing technology platforms, including Marketo, Salesforce, MCI, Meltwater, Cvent, Monday.com, Optimizely, and related tools.
- Maintains process documentation, standard operating procedures, and platform resources.
- Assists with identifying and implementing platform and workflow improvements to increase efficiency, usability, and adoption.
- Coordinates user access, permissions, and basic platform administration.
- Provides user support and training assistance to encourage platform adoption and consistent use of best practices.
- Maintains vendor, contract, and platform inventory documentation.
- Supports data management activities, including data validation, normalization, list maintenance, system hygiene, and adherence to established data governance standards.
- Compiles and organizes marketing performance data to support reporting, trend analysis, and optimization efforts.
- Assists with the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key marketing performance metrics.
- Assists with list preparation, URL creation and maintenance, tracking setup, and other marketing production activities.
- Provides project coordination support by maintaining schedules, trackers, documentation, and status updates.
- Supports the testing, deployment, and maintenance of marketing assets, including emails, forms, landing pages, and digital content.
- Performs quality assurance reviews to verify the accuracy of links, content, assets, and platform configurations prior to launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field required.
- 2-5 years of experience required.
- Emphasis on organization, technology aptitude, and process improvement rather than deep platform expertise.
- Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and support marketing technology platforms, tools, and systems; will be trained to use platforms including but not limited to Marketo, Salesforce, MCI, Meltwater, Cvent, Monday.com; experience in exact tools not required.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations processes, including campaign execution, audience segmentation, data management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to identify process improvements, create efficiencies, and support consistent adoption of marketing technologies and best practices.
- Detail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, project management, documentation, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, follow-up, and teamwork skills with the ability to support users and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and platform resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $29.19 – $36.49, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance. Final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience, with consideration for internal equity of current team members.
