We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Support Coordinator to help keep our sales and marketing operations running efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, technology, and people while supporting a fast-paced sales organization. The Marketing Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Business Development team by maintaining CRM data, preparing reports, coordinating client communications, and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Warranty Coordination & Operational Execution: serve as the primary administrative point of contact for warranty-related requests from existing customers, receive, document, and triage warranty claims, and coordinate scheduling and communication between customers, Account Executives, Project Managers, and Operations.
  • Sales Operations & CRM Management: maintain accurate customer, prospect, and sales activity information within Luxor CRM, audit Account Executive activity daily, and prepare client reports, sales dashboards, and performance metrics for Business Development leadership.
  • Marketing & Business Development Support: support the Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships with administrative projects, reporting, meeting preparation, and follow-up on key initiatives, and assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, customer communications, and community outreach.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: act as a liaison between Business Development, Operations, Customer Experience, and other internal teams to ensure warranty projects and customer requests move efficiently through completion.
  • Perform other administrative, marketing, and operational support duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of administrative, marketing support, sales support, or customer service experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy

Preferred experience includes using CRM software, supporting a sales team, and basic understanding of reporting and data analysis. Experience within restoration, construction, or service industries is a plus.
