About the role

Oversees marketing coordinators and supports the successful execution of promotions, events, and on-property marketing activities. This role monitors staff performance, ensures adherence to gaming policies and internal controls, and maintains awareness of gaming floor activities to enhance guest experience. Responsibilities include cross-departmental collaboration, internal communication support, and helping to drive both short- and long-term marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of marketing staff, ensuring customer service standards are met.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or corrective guidance when needed.
  • Ensure adherence to gaming policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Maintain awareness of gaming floor activities to support guest service and promotional execution.
  • Aid in planning, coordination, and implementation of in-house promotions and events.
  • Serve as liaison with Player Services, Food & Beverage, Operations, and Player Development regarding promotional activities.
  • Maintain departmental reporting documents and provide administrative support for marketing operations.
  • Assist in training new employees, reviewing departmental processes, and contributing to ongoing improvements.
  • Support both short-term and long-term strategic planning efforts.
  • Own the property’s marketing calendar and manage internal communications related to promotions and events.
  • Review and approve all marketing collateral and communications to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Represent Marketing Management in meetings as required.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral and communications align with established brand standards and guest experience expectations.
  • Support brand compliance and audit processes through documentation, operational alignment, and evaluation readiness.
  • Partner with property management teams and cross-functional groups for event execution, unique entertainment programming, and property-driven cultural programs.
  • Work may be performed in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled office settings and/or gaming floors which includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
  • Work will require varied shifts including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in marketing, promotions, gaming operations, guest service, or related hospitality field.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including use of marketing software, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent promotions or communication initiatives.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with exposure to cross-department collaboration is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
