This role is critical in defining and enhancing the program's market presence, maintaining messaging consistency, and generating demand to support business growth. The position offers substantial creative ownership and direct engagement with leadership, making it ideal for a candidate eager to influence brand direction and marketing strategy in a fast-paced, expanding environment.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain brand strategy and identity, including visual elements, voice, tone, messaging, and positioningManage the CEO's personal brand across all social media platforms to build authority and thought leadershipOversee social media channels including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistent posting and audience growthLead paid media strategy and media buying on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including creative development, audience testing, and funnel optimizationWrite conversion-focused copy for ads, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and video sales lettersBuild and execute organic content strategies to attract and convert ideal clients, manage SEO and community engagementPartner with video production to ensure high-quality content across formatsContinuously refine front-end offers, messaging, and funnel architecture to maximize conversionsDesign and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns from concept to conversionManage quarterly marketing roadmap, channel strategies, KPI tracking, and budget allocationMaintain the organization's market positioning as a premier brand in agency coachingUtilize GoHighLevel and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, workflows, and CRM dataQualifications:Three to five plus years of experience in branding, social media marketing, and marketing management with proven resultsStrong expertise in brand strategy and maintaining brand equityAdvanced copywriting skills focused on direct response and sales messagingHands-on experience with paid media and media buying on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTubeDemonstrated success in organic lead generation and social media growthAbility to develop full marketing campaigns, including creative concepts and visual directionProficiency across major social media platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedInExperience in directing video content and post-productionData literacy and ability to make strategy decisions based on analyticsExperience with GoHighLevel is a strong plusBackground in high-ticket B2B, coaching, or consulting is advantageousPay Range and Compensation Package:$65,000 to $100,000 On-Target Earnings plus performance bonusDirect access to leadershipFull creative ownership over brand initiativesHigh-performance office culture based in Tampa, FloridaEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
