About the role

A member of the IMA marketing team, with a specialized focus and expertise on Employee Benefits. Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all associates.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies marketing opportunities for Employee Benefits programs and thought leadership, with a focus on Shared Services experts, by creating meaningful and actionable content across multiple formats and distribution platforms.
  • Researches, writes, and develops supporting content for web, internal and sales collateral, advertising, and email campaigns to support lead generation and client retention.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent brand image throughout Employee Benefits product lines, promotional materials, and event messaging, both internal and externally facing.
  • Plans the launch of new offerings and manages the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Acts as a point of contact for questions on Employee Benefits marketing and communications materials.
  • Markets Employee Benefits events through branding, communication plan and execution to drive attendance, creation of promotional and event materials, and internal awareness.
  • Collaborates with internal and external creative, branding, and print production resources as appropriate.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of similar experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Treats clients, company personnel, and associates with respect and courtesy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for both internal and external clients, ready to assist clients and teams as needed.
  • High degree of tact, diplomacy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to lead and motivate those around them.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Strong reasoning skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data and needs.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrates commitment to work through projects to completion, on time and on budget.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the prioritization and management of multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong delegation skills.

Pay

Salary Range: $60,000 USD - $78,000 USD
