Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join the MileagePlus Loyalty Team and help develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, revenue, and loyalty. This role is responsible for planning and managing end-to-end direct marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, and digital channels, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and measurable business results.

Required

  • 3-5 years direct/email marketing experience
  • Direct marketing strategy and execution across email, direct mail, and digital channels
  • Strong analytic project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization/problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

  • Experience with airline or travel industry
  • Marketing agency experience or experience working with marketing agencies, print vendors, email service providers, and other vendors
  • Integrated marketing lifecycle marketing or CRM experience
  • Experience with Unica Campaign Management or similar Campaign Management application

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute direct marketing campaigns via email, direct mail, and digital channels in an efficient and effective manner to generate a positive ROI and enhance member engagement
  • Collaborate with Premier product and partner teams to develop annual marketing plans while working closely with outside agencies and vendors to ensure program and promotion objectives are shared and supported
  • Serve as project manager for all promotions and programs, managing communication strategy, creative development process, production schedules, approval processes, and budgets
  • Communicate the status of programs on an ongoing basis to stakeholders while driving improved processes/efficiencies
  • Develop the overall communications strategy, audience message for programs and promotions, and coordinate with other stakeholders such as PR, MarCom, and Operations to ensure communications are integrated and consistent across channels
  • Ensure all member communications adhere to the United and MileagePlus brand and the overall corporate strategy
  • Ensure campaigns are effectively targeted in order to deliver highly relevant offers to customer groups and to appropriately manage audience overlap from various promotions
  • Drive in-market tests with defined test and control cells to continually learn and improve ROI results, share test results with team members
  • Incorporate learning's and competitive insights into future plans while leveraging marketing and loyalty industry best practices
  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of campaigns on time, on budget with high quality and low errors

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
