Responsibilities
- Lead the development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with a focus on quality, creativity, and meeting client deadlines.
- Refine storytelling skills through dynamic stories about clients, projects, people, and Gilbane, with a focus on creative writing, and incorporate these differentiators into deliverables that address the unique needs of each client.
- Ensure all external content and client deliverables align with Gilbane’s brand standards and messaging guidelines.
- Participate in presell meetings and strategic brainstorming.
- Support AMS&T marketing, including conferences and tradeshows (in partnership with enterprise marcom team), speaking submissions, marketing collateral and materials, and strategic support for priority projects.
- Support the development of internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, website content, social media posts, eblasts, and content for other digital channels.
- Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring all photos, graphics, and media are approved, properly categorized, and easily searchable.
- Lead data maintenance and perform in-depth research of projects, team members for AMS&T vertical utilizing our data management systems.
- Coverage of high volume of information we collect for each of our projects and team members to ensure data integrity.
- Support close-out process of sales and marketing deliverables.
- Develop an intermediate knowledge of the AEC industry, AMS&T vertical market, and Gilbane’s capabilities locally and nationally.
- Build and strengthen strong local relationships with operations to facilitate storytelling and identify value adds about our projects.
- Visit jobsites regularly to enhance operational partnerships, take photos, and interview project teams for future content opportunities.
- Ensure content is organized and cataloged for future use.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality external content and client deliverables, ensuring clear communication, mutual support, and a cohesive approach to problem-solving.
- Lead multiple deliverables concurrently and has a strong ability to multi-task.
- Participate in professional or AMS&T organizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years relevant experience in the marketing and/or AEC industry
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Technical Skills: Intermediate skills in Adobe Create Suite, PowerPoint, Unanet, AI technology tools, and Photography
- Professional Development: Time management, organization, communication skills, teamwork, intermediate writing, and critical thinking skills
- Business Acumen: Intermediate understanding of Gilbane services, AMS&T vertical market and beginner knowledge of construction management and industry awareness as a whole; intermediate knowledge of key disciplines: marketing, internal and external communications, presentations, and proposals
Pay and Benefits
Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. The pay ranges from $72,900.00-$105,800.00 plus benefits and retirement program. Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
