Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid in executing marketing campaigns to boost producer success and business growth.
• Maintain an inventory of marketing materials supporting annuity products, services, and initiatives.
• Act as a primary contact for producers, addressing their questions and supplying marketing resources to help promote annuity products to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with illustration and website needs for contract holders and producers.
• Collect and review various documents including licenses, appointments, AML, CE, and background checks for all producers.
• Manage producer files and keep compliance management systems updated.
• Offer excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, promoting the company's products and services.
• Foster open communication and build partnerships to enhance business growth through global exposure.
