Marketing/Sales Manager-Forfeited Real Property
About the role
The Marketing / Sales Manager will organize and lead regional marketing and sales efforts related to residential, commercial, industrial, and specialty real property assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for assigned geographic regions.
- Cook up and oversee marketing campaigns, property listings, and sales activities.
- Manage relationships with brokers, agents, vendors, and other real estate professionals.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and sales performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and applicable real estate regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to marketing and sales personnel.
- Prepare reports, sales analyses, and performance updates for management review.
- Support property valuation, disposition planning, and transaction coordination activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant real estate experience, including marketing, sales, or property disposition activities.
- Experience supporting federal seizure and forfeiture operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing practices, sales strategies, and property transaction processes.
