We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. No filler. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: location, on-site, open for Spring and Summer 2027 terms. Open to undergrad/grad including MBA. Published portfolio - Work that goes out to real customers. Defense & aerospace - A market few students ever see. Whole-business view - Small enough to know everyone. Our product is technical. This job isn't. (some description). Then description of marketing problem. - "What you'll actually do" with bullet list of categories: Content & digital, Market & competitive research, Sales support, Brand & storytelling, Tools & skills. - "By the end of the term, you will have a portfolio of published work with your name on it." - "What we're looking for": list of qualifications: enrolled in undergrad/grad in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, PR, Journalism, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field. MBA encouraged. Write well, can tell when something reads badly. Comfortable asking about things you don't understand. Organized, hit deadlines, follow through. Catch details. Helpful but not required: Canva/Adobe, Excel, video editing, social media management, CRM experience, or coursework in market research or analytics. Coursework, student orgs, club marketing, newsletter, freelance design, personal project counts. Bring one work sample. - "Work in the mountains": description of location. - "What you'll leave with": bullet list: Published work: content, decks, and materials that went out to real customers, not a training exercise. Understanding of how government-adjacent sales cycles work — very different from consumer marketing, and a real differentiator when you interview. Exposure to the whole business. You'll work with Engineering, Sales, Quality, and leadership at a company small enough that you'll know everyone's name. Direct mentorship and honest feedback on your work. A project you own and present to the Aegis team at the end of your term. - Then "U.S. Person Requirement" and EEO statement: these are boilerplate, should be removed per instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we drop those. Thus we need sections: About the role? Could be intro description. Responsibilities: "What you'll actually do" plus maybe "By the end of the term..."? Actually that is outcome, could be under "What you'll leave with". Requirements/Qualifications: "What we're looking for". Skills: Tools & skills maybe. Benefits: "What you'll leave with" maybe includes benefits? But they said only include Benefits if posting actually states them. The posting does not explicitly list benefits like health insurance, etc. So we should not create Benefits section unless explicit. "What you'll leave with" is more like outcomes/experience, not benefits. Could be considered "Benefits"? But instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does not state benefits like health, retirement, etc. So we should not create Benefits. Pay: not stated. Schedule: not stated (though it's on-site, term). Not explicit schedule details. So we skip Pay and Schedule. Thus sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (What you'll actually do), Requirements/Qualifications (What we're looking for), Skills (Tools & skills), maybe Outcomes (What you'll leave with) could be a section like "What you'll gain" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put outcomes under "Requirements"? No. Could put under "Qualifications"? Not exactly. Could put under "About the role"? Might be okay to include as part of description. But we need to preserve all substantive information. We could create a section "What you'll leave with" but not allowed heading. However we could incorporate that info into "About the role" or "Responsibilities"? Better to create a section with allowed heading that matches content: maybe "Qualifications" for what you'll leave with? Not correct. Could treat "What you'll leave with" as "Benefits"? It's not benefits like compensation but could be considered benefits of the internship. The instruction says: never create Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state what you'll leave with (published work, understanding, exposure, mentorship, project). That could be considered benefits. So we could create a Benefits section with that content. That seems acceptable: they explicitly mention what you'll leave with, which are benefits of the role. So we can create a Benefits heading

Benefits

and list those points. Thus sections: About the role (intro + location + description), Responsibilities (What you'll actually do), Requirements (What we're looking for), Skills (Tools & skills), Benefits (What you'll leave with). Possibly also Qualifications separate from Requirements? The posting lumps qualifications together. Could split: Requirements (enrolled, etc.) and Qualifications (helpful but not required). But we can keep as one Requirements section. Or we could have Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred). The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine. We'll produce:

About the role

... intro paragraph including location, on-site, open for Spring and Summer 2027 terms, open to undergrad/grad including MBA, published portfolio, defense/aerospace niche, whole-business view, product technical but job isn't, marketing problem description.

Then maybe a second paragraph about location mountains? Could be part of About the role. Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Content & digital: Write and design LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, product one-pagers. Shoot photo and video on the production floor. Track what performs and tell us why you think it did.
  • ... etc. We need to preserve all bullet points. Let's extract bullet points: Content & digital - Write and design LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and product one-pagers. - Shoot photo and video on the production floor. - Track what performs and tell us why you think it did. Market & competitive research - Research defense programs, customer accounts, competitors, and industry trends then turn what you find into briefs the sales team can actually use. Sales support - Build capability presentations and customer-facing decks. - Support quotes and proposals with formatting, proofreading, and document assembly. - Keep the CRM clean and current. - Sit in on customer calls. Brand & storytelling - Develop case studies, capability sheets, and recruiting content that explains who Aegis is to customers and to the people we want to hire next. Tools & skills: LinkedIn, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, photo and video We could put Tools & skills as a separate section. Now Requirements: "What we're looking for" - Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. MBA students are encouraged to apply. - You write well, and you can tell when something reads badly. - You're comfortable asking about things you don't understand yet, without embarrassment. - You're organized, you hit deadlines, and you follow through without being chased. - You catch details: the typo, the broken link, the wrong logo, the outdated part number. - Helpful but not required: Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, video editing, social media management, CRM experience, or coursework in market research or analytics. - Coursework, student organizations, club marketing, a newsletter you run, freelance design work, a personal project, all of it counts. - Bring one work sample. A writing sample, a design piece, a campaign from a class, a social account you managed. One page or one link is plenty. We'd rather see something you made than read a description of it. We could separate mandatory vs helpful but not required but we can keep as one list. Benefits: "What you'll leave with" - Published work: content, decks, and materials that went out to real customers, not a training exercise. - An understanding of how government-adjacent sales cycles work — very different from consumer marketing, and a real differentiator when you interview. - Exposure to the whole business. You'll work with Engineering, Sales, Quality, and leadership at a company small enough that you'll know everyone's name. - Direct mentorship and honest feedback on your work. - A project you own and present to the Aegis team at the end of your term. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll wrap each section in

    and then

    or

    • . For About the role we may have multiple paragraphs; we can combine into one

with line breaks? Better to use multiple

for readability but allowed. We'll just use

for prose; we can have multiple

under same heading. Let's craft. About the role paragraph: include location, on-site, open for Spring and Summer 2027 terms, open to undergrad/grad including MBA, published portfolio, defense/aerospace niche, whole-business view, product technical but job isn't, marketing problem description. We'll write:

Murphy, North Carolina · On-site · Now open for Spring and Summer 2027 terms. Open to undergraduate and graduate students, including MBA. Aegis builds power supplies for defense and aerospace — the hardware inside radar systems, avionics, and military vehicles. Our customers are engineers and program managers at defense primes and government agencies. This creates an interesting marketing problem: how do you take something genuinely complicated and make a buyer care about it in thirty seconds? That's your job here. You do not need an engineering background. You need to be curious enough to keep asking “okay, but what does that actually do?” until you understand it and a good enough writer to then explain it to someone else. This is marketing in a niche, high‑stakes industry. It's hard experience to get as a student, and it reads very differently on a résumé than a consumer‑brand or retail internship.

We could also add the mountain description maybe as separate paragraph. Add second paragraph:

Work in the mountains: Aegis is based in Murphy, a small town in the Smoky Mountains of western North Carolina. No rush‑hour commute, the Nantahala National Forest and Hiwassee Lake are close by, and Atlanta, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Asheville are all within about two hours when you want a city weekend.

      Now Responsibilities:

      Responsibilities

        with each bullet as
      • . We'll need to incorporate the subheadings (Content & digital etc.) maybe as part of li text. We'll do:
        • Content & digital: Write and design LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and product one‑pagers. Shoot photo and video on the production floor. Track what performs and tell us why you think it did.
        • Market & competitive research: Research defense programs, customer accounts, competitors, and industry trends then turn what you find into briefs the sales team can actually use.
        • Sales support: Build capability presentations and customer‑facing decks. Support quotes and proposals with formatting, proofreading, and document assembly. Keep the CRM clean and current. Sit in on customer calls.
        • Brand & storytelling: Develop case studies, capability sheets, and recruiting content that explains who Aegis is to customers and to the people we want to hire next.
