About the role

The Marketing & Sales Associates Program (MSA) is a 4-year Leadership Development Program within Sanofi Vaccines, beginning in the summer of 2027. Associates gain broad exposure and contribute to various functional areas of Sanofi Vaccines Commercial Operations through US-based and potential international rotations in Field Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Market Research, and more. The program consists of 4 rotations, each lasting 12-18 months. Upon completion, associates may pursue roles aligned with their strengths and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire a working knowledge of all products in the Sanofi Vaccines portfolio.
  • Gain hands-on experience in the commercialization of vaccines, developing in-depth knowledge of market processes and selling skills.
  • Carry out duties specific to each rotational assignment, including Field Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Market Research.
  • Develop skills to quickly become a high performer within each functional rotation.
  • Participate in development training sessions, special assignments, or key experiences essential to the program.
  • Gain cross-functional insight into business operations and translate those insights into organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop the ability to understand and assess data and programs to drive product performance.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Life Sciences, or a related field at an accredited university, graduating in Spring 2027.
  • Willingness to relocate for a 12-18-month Field Sales rotation as part of the program.
  • Must be willing to relocate to the Morristown, NJ office location.
  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B or green card) now or in the future. Students on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT typically do not meet this requirement unless eligible for alternative long-term status without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interest in marketing and/or sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Prior related experience through internships or co-ops.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through clubs, volunteerism, or other activities.
  • Desire and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a multi-project workload successfully.
  • Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Must complete all fleet safety training and maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents.
