Marketing & Sales Assistant

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome customers by phone, email and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Help coordinate customer communication throughout the sales process.
• Support customer events, community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Create an outstanding customer experience from the very first interaction.

Supporting Our Sales Team

• Create polished proposals, presentations, brochures and other sales materials.
• Aid in marketing requests that help our business development manager gain new partners.
• Keep marketing resources organized, current and easy for the team to access.
• Cook up marketing projects and help keep deadlines on track.

Creating Marketing Materials

• Aid in social media posts and content creation.
• Help maintain our website and digital marketing content.
• Cook up photography and project documentation.
• Ensure all marketing materials consistently reflect the Santa Rita brand.

• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using AI tools to produce marketing collateral.
• Previous customer service, retail, or administrative experience.
