The role requires maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while executing marketing research-focused analysis. Work must be traceable, with unresolved items assigned owners, and repeated errors surfaced before they create downstream rework.
Responsibilities
- Document marketing research-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring visible source, owner, status, and next action for each checkpoint.
- Maintain and track documentation for marketing research-focused analysis, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Reconcile data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain traceability and clarity in marketing research-focused analysis.
- Review quality control and workflow management to ensure data and reporting reliability.
- Apply the Park 6 Logistics Workflow Context and Data Analysis confidently to support marketing research-focused analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning within the marketing context.
- Use judgment for follow-up, especially when analysis depends on external confirmation rather than assumptions.
- Complete remote work with thorough documentation, cross-functional coordination, and secure, traceable handoffs for the next authorized teammate.
Requirements
- Ability to apply a marketing-focused, research-focused, and analysis-led work profile in the context of marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Proficiency in maintaining data and reporting reliability under the demands of marketing operations.
- Experience with dashboard reporting and issue escalation in a marketing research-focused role.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring traceability and accountability in all work.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
