Duties and Responsibilities
- Affords assistance with events and promotions from inception to implementation.
- Guarantees all property events and promotions adhere to gaming regulations.
- Affords assistance in drafting and disseminating events and promotions notifications across the property.
- Affords coordination of promotional collateral requests through the creative job process, interfacing with the design team and external departments.
- Affords coordination with outside vendors for entertainment and promotions.
- Affords assistance in the distribution and posting of promotional collateral and signage.
- Affords representation of Red Hawk Resort + Casino at community events (such as booth setup and staffing at fairs, festivals, and other external events).
- Responds to guest complaints and inquiries promptly and courteously, both in person, by phone, and by email.
- Affords assistance with all on-property groups and events.
- Affords greeting of groups upon their arrival and maintains communication during the event to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Affords assistance in the creation of new customer group files.
- Affords assistance with the curbside booking process using Playersoft, which may include greeting buses.
- Affords coordination of bus arrivals and ensures a marketing representative or coordinator is available to greet all buses.
- Affords assistance with gift redemption as needed.
- Affords interaction with all levels of casino employees.
- Affords acting as a liaison with other departments and external agencies.
- Affords explanation of the benefits of membership in the Rewards club and assists guests with the membership process.
- Affords promotion of exceptional guest relations to achieve the desired level of guest service and satisfaction.
- Affords maintenance of operations by adhering to policies and procedures and reporting necessary changes.
- Affords maintenance of customer confidentiality and protection of operations.
- Affords conducting tours of the property, as needed.
- Affords accountability for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required.
- At least one year of high-level customer service or sales experience is required.
- An individual must possess the capability to:
- Perform independently.
- Utilize a variety of standard computer systems and office productivity software at an intermediate or advanced level (testing required).
- Resolve problems based on common sense use of reasoning ability.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Operate in a very fast-paced environment.
