Marketing Representative
About the role
PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage. With a ‘One Team’ mentality, the Marketing Representative will promote and sell franchise services in an assigned territory, resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. The role involves growing and developing a customer base, conducting repetitive contact calls to build relationships, and providing clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
- Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective to objective marketing
- Build, maintain and service a ‘top 25 client’ list and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses
- Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business
- Understand, adhere to, and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling
- Build brand awareness, promote the ‘One Team’ culture, and have a genuine willingness to make a difference in the community through service
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people
- Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business
- Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting
- Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines
- Ability to present oneself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting

Pay
Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
