Marketing Representative

About the Role

As a Marketing Representative with PuroClean, you will promote and sell franchise services in an assigned territory, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals. You will grow and develop a customer base using a systematic process to identify new prospects and maintain regular contact. The role involves building relationships, educating customers on PuroClean’s services, and ensuring customer needs are met or exceeded during their times of need.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
• Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective-to-objective marketing.
• Build, maintain, and service a ‘top 25 client’ list, including hosting lunch-and-learns and promoting continued education courses.
• Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business.
• Adhere to and promote safety and brand identity guidelines while in the office and traveling.
• Build brand awareness, promote the ‘One Team’ culture, and contribute to your community through service.
• Provide clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.
• Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people, using open-ended questions and delivering the brand message.
• Talent for identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations.
• Comfortable setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting.
• Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines.
• Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
