We’re Hiring! We have an opening available for a Marketing & Project Coordinator in our Elko, NV office.

About the role

We are seeking a customer-service-oriented and self-motivated Marketing & Project Coordinator who enjoys supporting a variety of teams and initiatives. This role is best suited for someone who is extremely organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for marketing assets and documentation
  • Create, update, and maintain marketing materials including staff resumes, Project Sheets, staff photos, and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
  • Aid with the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content, including LinkedIn posts
  • Format, organize, and maintain project documents in accordance with company quality standards
  • Support Project Managers and project teams with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Absorb meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes as needed
  • Cook up travel coordination, expense reports, and related administrative tasks
  • Communicate professionally with internal staff, clients, and external partners

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong grammar, proofreading, and document formatting skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
  • Experience with Bluebeam preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
