Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end marketing experience by acting as the bridge between the internal agency and internal business partners.
- Orchestrate the execution of work and provide meaningful dashboards to help teams and stakeholders understand how the execution team is delivering on key outcomes.
- Partner with the campaign planning team to organize campaign tactic requirements, timing, and resourcing to build a prioritized backlog of work.
- Organize and manage project planning sessions and recurring meetings.
- Oversee the gathering and management of all marketing assets in appropriate repositories, ensuring placement requirements are met and performance metrics are received.
- Contribute recommendations on SOP and SLA enhancements that drive efficiency in tactic development and delivery.
- Ensure that all marketing work is presented, reviewed, and approved by respective stakeholder teams.
- Proactively identify and act as the point of contact for inefficiencies, blockers and risks to delivery and actively drive resolution.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field
- 5+ years of agency or in-house agency project management / account management experience working with marketing teams, managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven experience in marketing or related roles, with a deep understanding of marketing operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of requirements to produce all marketing tactics that span digital and traditional channels (webinars, email, social media, display).
- PREFERRED: Knowledge of web page content creation through to publication, web updates, and collateral development.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders who are globally dispersed and build good working relationships and navigate conflict.
- Adaptable to change and able to pivot to accommodate changes in the market and business landscape.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with various marketing tools required, including but not limited to: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce. Email Marketing systems, preferably Marketo. Marketing Work Management systems, preferably Monday.com.
