About the role

The Marketing Producer, Sales role at QTS Data Centers is a pivotal position within the Strategic Marketing team. This role collaborates closely with the Strategic Marketing Sales and Content teams to deliver scalable content strategies and targeted support for key initiatives. It also involves balancing ongoing content management and audit responsibilities with the creation of tailored materials that support strategic opportunities and elevate the overall Sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the lifecycle of Sales Marketing content, including creation, audit, optimization, and governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment to messaging and brand standards.
  • Manage a scalable content library (templates, toolkits, and reusable assets) and maintain the Sales Marketing SharePoint to ensure content is organized, accessible, and aligned to Sales needs.
  • Partner with Strategic Marketing Solutions leadership to identify content gaps and deliver high-impact, multi-format materials that support sales enablement and executive engagement.
  • Support strategic deal pursuits by preparing tailored deliverables, including RFP responses, customer websites, presentations, and pitch materials, ensuring alignment to customer needs and pursuit strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines and contribute to cohesive, compelling storytelling across all materials.
  • Coordinate the monthly Sales newsletter and ensure timely communication of key updates, resources, and wins to the Sales organization.
  • Uphold quality and brand standards across all deliverables, continuously improving content processes, tools, and scalability.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • One or more years of experience in the development of pre, post, and live interview presentation materials for sales deals.
  • One or more years of related professional experience in real estate, architecture, sales, or other professional services-related companies.
  • Proficient in SharePoint and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specific experience in real estate or data center industries.
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities to navigate within a broad matrix structure, juggle multiple and diverse projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively manage external service partners, and convey complex ideas in simple, relevant manners.
  • Ability to present to senior executives and sales leadership.
