Marketing Operations Senior Associate

The Impact You Will Have

The Marketing & Communications team at DTCC sits at the intersection of brand strategy, and innovation, shaping how the firm shows up in the market and engages with key audiences. We develop and execute integrated campaigns, manage internal and external communications, and bring DTCC’s story to life across digital, media, thought leadership, and events. We are evolving and rethinking how work gets done, how impact is measured, and how teams collaborate. This role offers a front-row seat to that transformation, with the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-moving environment where ideas are valued and impact is visible.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in marketing operations, operations, digital marketing, or marketing-focused project management role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Foundational understanding of marketing principles, channels, and tactics, campaign execution, and familiarity of common marketing terms and performance concepts
  • Talents Needed For Success:
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage financial data, documentation, and operational trackers accurately in a fast-paced environment
    • Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, re-prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
    • Effective collaborator and communicator, comfortable working across cross-functional teams and levels of the organization to gather inputs, align priorities, and clearly communicate updates, risks, and timelines
    • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while leading through influence
    • Process-oriented with experience building, documenting, and improving workflows, systems, and operational processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency
    • Data-informed and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement process enhancements, automation, or technology-enabled solutions
    • Proficiency in Excel and tracking tools; experience managing budgets, vendors, invoices, and external partner relationships preferred

Schedule

DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
