Marketing Operations Intern – Boston

About the role

At Lee & Associates Boston, our interns are integral members of the team from day one. They get hands-on experience in various aspects of commercial real estate, including marketing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and property marketing materials.
• Research companies, industries, and market trends.
• Organize photos, floor plans, and other marketing assets.
• Assist with social media posts and email campaigns.
• Support special projects that keep the business running efficiently.
• Learn how the behind-the-scenes side of commercial real estate operates.
• Bonus missions may include brainstorming new marketing ideas, building prospect lists, creating reports and presentations, and jumping into any exciting project.

Requirements

• You don’t need prior experience in commercial real estate—we will teach you what you need to know.
• You enjoy being organized and thrive with color-coded spreadsheets.
• You have a creative eye and enjoy good design.
• You notice the small details others often overlook.
• You aren’t afraid to ask questions or share your ideas.
• You can manage multiple tasks without losing focus.
• You are comfortable learning new software and technology.
• You bring positivity and humor to the workplace.

Qualifications

• Studying Marketing, Business, Communications, Real Estate, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills.
• A creative and attention-to-detail mindset.
• Ability to ask questions and share ideas.
• Good multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with learning new tools and technologies.
