About The Team And What We’ll Build Together

The Marketing Operations team is Kobie's campaign execution engine — delivering outbound loyalty communications for some of the world's most recognized brands. Organized into three pillars (Campaign Management, Development, and Quality Assurance), the team builds and deploys high-volume, personalized email campaigns that reach millions of loyalty members. As a Marketing Ops Developer, you'll sit at the heart of that delivery — owning the HTML and journey development that brings each campaign to life. You'll work closely with Campaign Managers, QA Analysts, and client teams to ensure every send is accurate, on-brand, and on time.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Develop and deploy HTML email campaigns and customer journeys for major loyalty brands
• Own the technical execution of outbound communications from development through deployment
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers, QA Analysts, and client teams to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
• Build and maintain personalized email templates and journey logic
• Support high-volume, personalized email campaigns reaching millions of loyalty members
