Essential Job Functions
- Develop and execute marketing, customer segmentation, and business development strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Partner closely with R&D and TS&D teams to develop differentiated product portfolios and compelling label claims aligned with customer needs.
- Lead promotional campaigns and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and key industry stakeholders across North America.
- Drive distribution strategy optimization, geographic expansion plans, and customer retention initiatives.
- Lead innovation project definition and manage the innovation pipeline in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Monitor business performance, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of marketing and business development projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with knowledge of animal biosecurity preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies in a dynamic market environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions within a matrix organization while working independently when required.
- Willingness to travel as needed; FDA/EPA label knowledge is considered an advantage.
Pay & Benefits
- Expected salary range: $117,000 - $143,000 USD (specific compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law).
- This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus.
