Position Overview We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Liaison to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in marketing, outreach, or business development. In this role, you will help build relationships with attorneys, healthcare providers, and referral partners throughout the Nashville area. You will visit local offices, share information about SynapseTBI's services, and support marketing efforts at our facility. Training and guidance will be provided. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable meeting new people and traveling locally. Key Responsibilities Visit local law firms, healthcare providers, and referral partners to introduce SynapseTBI's servicesAssist with building and maintaining relationships with referral partnersHelp distribute marketing materials and share information about our servicesFollow up with contacts and maintain regular communicationAttend networking events, meetings, and community outreach activitiesWork designated days at the Nashville facility to assist with marketing initiatives and other needsWork with internal teams to support referral relationships and outreach effortsIdentify opportunities to increase awareness of SynapseTBI in the Nashville area Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, professional, and comfortable approaching new peopleOrganized with good time-management and follow-up skillsWillingness to learn and take initiativeComfortable with local travel throughout the Nashville areaValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredExperience in customer service, sales, or outreach is a plus Flexible work from home options available.
