Marketing Liaison

As a Marketing Liaison at Encompass Health, you'll play a crucial role in helping us drive growth through patient referrals. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strong referral relationships within a geographic territory, blending professional growth with a sense of connection to the community and patients we serve.

Responsibilities

• Review medical conditions and pre-screen from hospitals, SNFs, homes, and assisted living facilities.
• Develop call plans and strategies to drive volume using the Referral Development System (RDS).
• Use market analysis data in your individual territory to identify new business opportunities.
• Educate the community, referral sources, and physicians on hospital programs and services.
• Identify development opportunities to position the hospital strategically in the marketplace.
• Respond to and overcome admission barriers and follow up on admissions variables.

Requirements

• Current driver's license in the employed state and an acceptable driving record as per company policy.
• CPR certification.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably as a clinician or tech.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a nurse liaison or successful sales experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Familiarity with acute hospitals, rehab facilities, and the local healthcare market preferred.
