Responsibilities
- Create support materials such as pricing guides and marketing materials
- Manage, promote and engage active websites changes
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities through marketing efforts
- Communicate with customers and outside sales to follow up on leads
- Develop marketing efforts into warm leads for sales
- Affordability to stay informed on offered products and services and competitors offerings
- Affordability to assist staff and customers in fielding inquiries for support services and quoting
- Affordability to research qualifying new leads
Requirements
- Previous exposure to marketing material development printed and electronic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic publishing tools and CRM software
- Excellent communication and verbal/written skills
- Organizational skills to multi task and work on several project types simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new products and offerings and research new leads
- Strong listening and customer service skills
- Ability to meet targets/goals
