Marketing Internship 6-month Internship position / Hybrid Model (remotely & on-site)

Responsibilities

• Active involvement in B2C and B2B marketing activities, advertising, activations, and social media for Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines under the Marketing Manager for Lufthansa Group
• Support in coordinating and managing communication between suppliers and partners for sponsored and produced marketing events
• On-site assistance for events outside traditional 9-to-5 hours, including travel to other areas outside of New York
• Exposure to the Americas adaptation of the global advertising strategy
• Assisting with integrated advertising planning, media selection process for traditional and digital channels
• Support creation of sales support materials including digital flyers, signage, event invitation management
• All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in university or within 12 months of graduation
• Advanced students (Intermediate diploma) in business administration/marketing with strong academic performance
• 2 semesters completed before the start of the internship
• Previous practical experience in advertising and/or marketing
• Knowledge of the advertising industry & all channels including Digital, Social Media, and Events
• Fluency in English required
• International experience preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent PC skills
• Must possess a legal US Work Authorization (some applicants may need to apply for US Social Security number and J-1 visa)

Pay

This internship is a paid position, in accordance with local minimum wage regulations.
