Marketing Intern - US

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer gifting – Events, Themed gifting, and Milestones
• Track influencer and VIP gifting – checking products arrived and keeping a track of what we send out monthly.
• Mange all shipping and logistics for Virtual Events – DHL, Pack out guides and shipping
• Overviews.
• Support with the prep, setup and coordination of events.
• Supporting ad hoc marketing tasks.
• Support and Manage the event cupboards, organize and keep a inventory.
• Assist in searching for new profiles to be added to the Influencer program across EMEA.
• Research activations and gifting in different markets.
• Update Event, vendor, and venue decks.
• Complete Event and Gifting Reports.
• Aid in shoots and filming where needed.
• Manage Marketing Expenses – keep this updated and provide info on time.
• Assist with general office & admin duties, being flexible and helpful in all matters of the business (printing & collecting collateral, office expenses, samples send outs, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Flexible, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Interest in the beauty industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
