Main Job Functions

  • Create and schedule social media posts, stories, and other content.
  • Publish and update Google Business Profile posts.
  • Aid in creating and sending email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage marketing tickets and support backend marketing requests.
  • Help coordinate marketing projects, events, and promotions.
  • Track campaign performance and compile basic reports.
  • Organize marketing materials and digital assets.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
  • Travel domestically to facilitate events and capture content on an as needed basis.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of marketing coursework relevant to marketing.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Canva.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with creating online content marketing and social media development strategies.
  • Social analytic experience is preferred.
  • Capacity to prioritize projects, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team.

About the Role

This is a paid internship program that offers students or recent graduates the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

Skills

Strong digital marketing experience. A sense of aesthetics and design both from a property and overall creative standpoint. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Exercises problem solving skills and strong multitasking skills. Ability to interact well with coworkers, supervisors, guests, vendors, contractors and the public in a professional and pleasant manner. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Works as part of a team as well as completing assignments independently. Takes instruction from supervisors.
