About the role

As a Marketing Intern at Honeywell Aerospace, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of marketing while contributing to projects that drive customer engagement and brand awareness. You will engage in meaningful projects that contribute to our offering strategies and business growth. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry professionals and develop your skills in a collaborative environment.

You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio. You will integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes. You will provide enquiry of various marketing programs, initiate and complete problem solving and develop countermeasures / process improvements. You will work directly for the regional marketing manager for North America who will provide guidance, mentorship and be a sounding board for your project(s). Additionally, you will impact Honeywell's success by assisting in the development and execution of strategies that enhance our product offerings and meet customer needs in high-growth markets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with product marketing activities
  • Conduct market research
  • Support the analysis of market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new offerings
  • Assist in the development of product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new offerings and monitor their performance
  • Participate in New Product Introduction Marketing Plans
  • Engage in Voice of the Customer initiatives
  • Promote brands
  • Support digital marketing efforts
  • Assist with demand generation activities
  • Develop value-based price strategies

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field
  • Must graduate December 2027 or later
  • Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
  • Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
  • Honeywell Aerospace is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position
  • Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements

The hourly base range for this position is $21.00/hr - $41.40/hr. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is available in multiple locations across the United States. The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
