Marketing Intern, Chartwells K12 / Renwick School District / Andale, KS

Job Summary

We are hiring a Marketing Intern immediately for the Marketing Intern position at Chartwells K12. The position is located in 600 West Rush, Andale, KS. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is to be determined based on class schedules and business needs. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing programs in partnership with operators and regional support teams to ensure continued engagement from students, clients, and communities.
• Train and support operators in the implementation of student-facing and front-of-house programs, systems, and processes.
• Customize marketing materials – e.g., social media posts, flyers, brochures, and client presentations – and coordinate with district communications teams to execute.
• Conduct focus groups to understand what students and parents are looking for in the school meal program and identify areas for improvement.
• Assess the front-of-house operations for the student experience, operating standards, and signature programs being in place, and work with operators to monitor results and improve over time.
• Collect data and report on return on investment and key performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2nd or 3rd year marketing student
• Marketing experience preferred
• Ability to present to large groups
• Knowledge of merchandising and promotions
• Excellent writing skills

Pay Rate

$20.00 per hour
