Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in influencer marketing, PR, and digital strategies.
- Analyze competitors' campaigns to help inform and optimize VX Media’s marketing approach.
- Aid in the creation and curation of PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for client pitches, ensuring they are visually compelling, strategically sound, and aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Contribute to ideation, strategy, and storytelling for targeted campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, channel updates, and marketing strategies, ensuring our pitches are innovative and relevant in today’s digital landscape.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to provide research, content suggestions, and performance data that improve the quality of pitch presentations and client meetings.
- Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on social media trends, engagement metrics, and audience insights to inform campaign adjustments.
- Assists in communication with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand goals and key messaging with talent managers. Support in the negotiation of gifting collaborations and event coordinations.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Preferably Master's degree.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or PR is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and the understanding of influencer marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva; experience with social media management tools is a plus.
- Passion for the fashion, beauty, and marketing industry, with a strong desire to stay current on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and influencer strategies.
Schedule & Compensation
Paid Internship: $20/hour, 5 days per week.
