Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and editing internal communications (intranet content, announcements, campaigns)
• Support development of marketing copy for presentations, emails, and digital platforms
• Help maintain and update intranet pages to ensure content is accurate and engaging
• Contribute ideas for storytelling that reinforces STRATTEC’s brand and culture
• Support planning and execution of internal events (town halls, employee engagement, volunteer initiatives)
• Auxiliary with logistics, communications, and post-event follow-ups
• Auxiliary with coordination of external event materials (e.g., trade shows, customer-facing assets)
• Help manage timelines, track deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders
• Auxiliary with basic analytics tracking (campaign engagement, intranet usage, etc.)
• Auxiliary with content publishing and updates across platforms
• Auxiliary with general marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Teams); familiarity with design tools is a plus
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
