Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute on-premise guerrilla sampling initiatives in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable face of the brand at tastings, pop-ups, and community moments.
- Educate consumers on Creature Comforts products, brand values, and offerings.
- Capture qualitative feedback and insights from consumer interactions.
- Auxiliary support for day-to-day execution of social media content across platforms (posting, stories, replies, engagement).
- Capture real-time photo and video content during events, sampling, and taproom moments.
- Support community management by engaging with followers and monitoring brand conversations.
- Follow established brand voice, guidelines, and content direction.
- Collect and document consumer feedback, trends, and observations from the field.
- Conduct informal market research on competitors, retail environments, and cultural moments.
- Support surveys, feedback collection, and reporting as needed.
- Share insights with the marketing team to inform campaigns, messaging, and strategy.
- Represent Creature Comforts with professionalism, warmth, and authenticity.
- Ensure all interactions reflect the brand’s values, tone, and community-first mindset.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts with broader campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
- Pursuit of a degree in brand marketing, field marketing, hospitality, events, or social media execution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with consumers in a variety of environments.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and content best practices.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Passion for human connection, local culture, and brand storytelling.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
