O'Hagan Meyer is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented student or recent graduate to support the firm's marketing and business development efforts through research, CRM management, and website maintenance. This part-time role (approximately 15-25 hours per week) is ideal for current students looking to gain experience in legal marketing and professional services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, client, and competitive research to support marketing and business development initiatives.
- Maintain and manage the firm's CRM system (Salesforce), including data entry, list management, reporting, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of client and prospect information.
- Assist with website maintenance, including updating content, proofreading copy, posting news items and events, and coordinating minor edits with internal teams or external vendors.
- Support the marketing team with data preparation, research summaries, and administrative marketing tasks.
- Update, format, and maintain PowerPoint presentations and other branded marketing materials to ensure consistency and alignment with firm standards.
- Assist with tracking and reporting on basic marketing metrics and CRM data as needed.
- Help organize and maintain marketing files, templates, and databases.
- Provide general marketing and business development support as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Comfortable working with data and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous internship or coursework related to marketing, research, data management, or communications preferred, but not required.
- Interest in legal marketing or professional services is a plus.
Benefits
- Compensation: $17 per hour.
Schedule
