About the role
This is a remote position. Compensation is commission-based, earnings depend on performance and the team assigned. No fixed salary (performance-driven internship).
Position Overview
This Marketing Intern role is designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in real marketing operations. Interns will be placed into teams such as Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Event & Community Outreach. Each intern earns commissions based on the performance of their assigned team and their individual contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in influencer outreach and recruitment.
- Support affiliate partner onboarding and communication.
- Help generate leads through social media and online outreach.
- Assist with event promotion and community engagement activities.
- Conduct basic research on creators, brands, and potential partners.
- Support team campaigns with daily execution tasks.
- Track outreach activity and update performance records.
- Communicate with leads and assist in follow-ups.
Requirements
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in marketing.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Current student or graduate with a marketing, communication, and other related field of study.
- Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection.
- No prior experience required, but experience in marketing/sales is a plus.
- Preferred experience: Interest in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing. Experience in social media management or outreach. Participation in online communities or creator networks.
