About the role

Zing Recruiting is partnering with an industry-leading global company to hire a Marketing & Evaluation Coordinator supporting the Home Care division. This is a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes with innovative products found in homes around the world while collaborating with marketing, creative, and evaluation teams to bring new fragrance experiences to market.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects and maintain portfolio tracking
• Prepare fragrance samples, presentation materials, and customer submission kits
• Support customer events, internal showcases, and product demonstrations
• Research consumer trends, competitive product launches, and market activity
• Coordinate fragrance evaluation sessions and prepare testing materials
• Schedule meetings and support cross-functional communication between Marketing, Evaluation, and Creative teams
• Maintain project trackers, organize shared resources, and support day-to-day operations
• Assist with shipments, labeling, inventory, and project documentation

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role
• Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable using AI tools to support research and improve workflow efficiency
• Willingness to assist with hands-on tasks including sample preparation, kit assembly, labeling, and organizing materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or Home Care industry experience
• Experience coordinating customer events, product launches, or internal showcases
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience
