About the role
The Marketing Engineer builds the AI systems and workflows that power VTS's full revenue engine and creates and runs demand programs off that foundation.
Responsibilities
- Build high-leverage AI systems and agents across the full revenue motion
- Embed yourself across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to understand how each function works, where the friction is, and what is worth automating
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation infrastructure across the full buyer journey
- Own targeting & segmentation
- Drive growth through experimentation and ownership
- Drive channel optimization & speed-to-insight
- Govern brand & content in AI workflows
Requirements
- Marketing experience and instincts
- Enough technical fluency to build, not just configure
- An understanding of how modern B2B sales works
- Proven experience with the modern GTM tool landscape
- An experimental mindset with a bias toward shipping
- The communication skills to work across teams
Qualifications
- Strongly Preferred: Background that spans more than one GTM function
Skills
- Experience with LLM APIs
- Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Gong, Outreach or Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and workflow automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Workato

Pay
The base salary for this role will range between $130,000 and $170,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
Schedule
This role is located in New York, NY and requires the hire to work from the office four days a week.
