About the role
As the Marketing Director for Global AI Enablement at Brown-Forman, you will lead the strategic integration of AI across our global marketing functions. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage by leveraging AI technologies to enhance customer engagement, data-driven decision-making, and marketing automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global AI strategy for marketing, aligning with Brown-Forman’s business objectives and long-term vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data science, and marketing, to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that improve campaign performance, personalization, and ROI.
- Lead the adoption of AI tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing marketing technology stacks.
- Drive the use of AI for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, content generation, and real-time marketing optimization.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies, recommending innovations that can be applied to Brown-Forman’s marketing efforts.
- Partner with external vendors, agencies, and consultants to evaluate and deploy AI solutions tailored to marketing needs.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of AI initiatives on marketing effectiveness and business growth.
- Educate and train marketing teams on AI capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices across all marketing activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving digital transformation or AI adoption.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing AI or machine learning solutions in a marketing context.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working in a global organization with diverse markets and consumer segments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in marketing technology stacks, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and AI platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, IBM Watson).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for data querying.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation and a continuous learning mindset in the field of AI and marketing.
