The Marketing & Customer Care Assistant is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives and providing customer care services.
Responsibilities

- Updates customer records and maintains accurate data.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems beneficial.
