Marketing Content Writing Intern

About the role

Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a Marketing Content Writing Intern to join our team. This role is located in our Dallas, TX office and is an in-office (5 days a week) position.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Writing: Draft blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces aligned to Smart Data Solutions' brand voice.
• Write LinkedIn posts, social tile copy, and short-form campaign content for Smart Data Solutions' growing audience of US healthcare payers and TPAs.
• Support the creation of sales enablement assets: battlecards, one-pagers, solution overviews, and playbooks.
• Draft event-related content including invitations, recap emails, on-site signage, and post-event social copy.
• Assist with customer marketing content, adoption emails, newsletters, case studies.
• Comfort using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as a writing assistant.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and basic content tools.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.
