About the role

The Marketing Content & Projects Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of marketing deliverables for financial professionals and consumers. This position leads the Enterprise Marketing Standards processes, managing material updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the full lifecycle of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage material updates, supporting strategic initiatives, business priorities, and product positioning
  • Lead processes and reviews, ensuring adherence to brand standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for project execution, including Legal & Compliance, Creative Services, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Print & Fulfillment, User Experience, and more
  • Contribute to project launches, marketing plans, process improvements, and critical workflows
  • Participate in company meetings, providing regular status updates as needed
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline preferred
  • 2-5 years relevant business experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading, critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong skills in proactive communication, building partnerships, project management, and problem solving
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, take initiative, navigate downstream impacts, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, content creation, and project management
  • Understanding of financial products and consumer behavior
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Compensation ranges from $63,000 - $75,000 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results.
