VICTORY DESIGN LIMITED Apprenticeship Level 3 Apply by: 16/10/2026 Apply now on the GOV.UK apprenticeship site About The Role As a member of the marketing team you will have responsibility for the design of product and company marketing materials, customer artworks, website and social media content, including videos. Create a variety of content whilst working within the company’s visual aesthetic (using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) This content primarily involves: graphics/images to be used with social media posts; text content to be used on the company website; video content – product presentations, short social media videos, product launch videos; email campaignsCreate and develop creative ideas for social media content in response to the brief provided, suitable for the industryAnalyse social media performance and identify successful campaignsEngage with followers on social mediaLearn about and understand the industry that the company is involved in, to create suitable marketing content about the products the company supplies.Create cut files for vehicle graphics and livery (large format)Create print files for logos, banners and signage (large format)Re-drawing and creating logosInterpret customer briefs and create artwork to meet these briefsDesign of website graphics using industry standard softwareDesign of external signage.Collecting data, content and images and creating written copy and product imagery for use on the website, suited to our audiences.Create product presentation videos for use on social media and the website. Plan the content of the video, then create and capture visual and audio content for use in the videos.Create social media posts aimed at increasing engagement, building our audiences and increasing traffic to the company website (suited to our audiences).Design and distribute company marketing emails using an industry known email marketing system.Manage the contact data for email marketing – segmenting lists properly and keeping them up to date.Create advertisements for print when required.Design of company and product publicityDesign exhibition stands, open day and roadshow graphicsPhotography of new product images Internal décor (trade counter/demonstration/meeting rooms)Any other duties as requested by the Design and Marketing Coordinator Full time position with company. Further development within marketing team. About The Training As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment and age, you may be required to complete English and maths Functional Skills, which is an integral part of your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications. We offer sign making vinyl, large format digital media, ready to apply Chapter 8 kits, garment film, application tape, and sign making tools to clients throughout the UK. Based in Clowne (Chesterfield), the company began trading in 1987 and has extensive experience in the signage, printing and vehicle safety marking industries.
