Marketing Communications Program Manager

As a Marketing Communications Program Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution—partnering closely with senior leaders to bring clarity, alignment, and impact to major company moments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for global communications initiatives, including company-wide all-hands, leadership forums, and high-impact executive deliverables
- Partner directly with senior leaders to shape messaging, timelines, and outputs that land with precision and clarity
- Act as the central connector across Marketing Communications and cross-functional teams, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless delivery
- Own and evolve intake processes, balancing workload, strategic priorities, and business needs to maximize efficiency
- Identify gaps, overlaps, and risks across initiatives—bringing forward solutions that improve scale and execution
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and process innovation
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex, high-visibility programs with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and executives in fast-paced environments
- Strong command of project management tools and frameworks, with a focus on scalability and efficiency
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver under pressure
- Natural problem solver with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities
- Outstanding communication skills, with confidence navigating cross-functional teams and aligning diverse perspectives
- Experience thriving in dynamic, high-growth environments where adaptability and ownership are key

Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 (Or more depending on experience)
