About the role

The IHCI Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting content to communicate population health and value-based care strategies to key stakeholders. This position oversees intranet and website content, social media, company newsletters, campaign presentation support for leadership, and serves as a liaison to the Marketing & Communication teams at health system partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create and manage content for websites, intranet, newsletters, social media, and leadership presentations.
  • Lead digital and social media strategies, including LinkedIn engagement and brand promotion.
  • Cook up marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with leaders and partners to develop educational content and resources.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, public relations, communications, or marketing is required.
  • 2 (two) or more years of experience planning, coordinating, and supporting events, community outreach initiatives, and relationship-building activities with internal and external stakeholders are required.
  • 2 (two) or more years of experience leading and coordinating projects, including project planning, implementation, timeline management, cross-functional collaboration, and successful delivery of objectives are required.
  • 3 (three) or more years of experience managing multiple priorities, developing strategic communication initiatives, and executing projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment are required.
  • 3 (three) or more years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or a related field are required.
  • 3 (three) or more years of healthcare industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of healthcare communications, stakeholder engagement, and industry trends are preferred.

Qualifications
