Marketing Channel Strategy Senior Associate
As a pivotal member of our Internal Firm Services practice, you will develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and capture new business opportunities. Your work will span market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns, focusing on marketing channel strategies and customer-centric copy to fuel business growth and improve customer experience.
In this role, you will build client connections, manage and inspire teams, and navigate complex situations while deepening your technical skills. You’ll anticipate team and client needs, deliver high-quality work amid ambiguity, and turn challenges into growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit copy for customer journeys and digital channels, including web, email, social, events, and others.
- Manage project traffic across channel marketing initiatives, routing briefs, timelines, and approvals to ensure efficient workflow.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to optimize distribution and customer experience.
- Conduct marketing channel performance analysis using analytical thinking to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate market research and local market trends into channel strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing channel partner management and optimization, including crafting copy for diverse marketing channels and audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven excellence in marketing channel management and optimization.
- Ability to craft clear, compelling copy that resonates across diverse marketing channels and audiences.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, customer journeys, and user engagement and conversion strategies.
- Strong project and deadline management with meticulous attention to detail and workflow discipline.
- Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to navigate complex situations and market trends.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $151,470. For Washington state residents, the range is $55,000 – $187,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
