About the role
This part-time role (20 hours per week) offers the chance to dive deep into critical marketing operations for a forward-thinking organization that empowers B2B businesses. You’ll own the day-to-day logistics, client communication, and project tracking across diverse accounts, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the linchpin that keeps multi-channel initiatives on schedule, thriving in a fast-paced environment where your organizational prowess makes all the difference.
Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel ABM campaign logistics, including landing page updates, gifting link distribution, micro-site builds, and video asset tracking.
- Prepare weekly account performance reports and engagement signals for client sales alignment meetings.
- Coordinate campaign timelines across internal team members, creative designers, digital channels, and external vendors/VAs.
- Maintain project plans, campaign tracking tools, and account cohort swap lists to ensure every deliverable stays on schedule.
- Follow up proactively with clients, partners, and vendors to keep projects moving without waiting for direction.
- Prepare client presentations, campaign tracking updates, and status summaries.
- Work closely with sales teams to align outreach, account lists, and marketing activities.
- Assist with account research support and buyer committee mapping.
- Monitor campaign performance data via internal dashboards and recommend operational optimizations.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects a high level of professionalism, speed, and responsiveness.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with proven experience coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable presenting status updates and campaign tracking to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high client-facing professionalism.
- Highly dependable with exceptional follow-through and a proactive work style.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing performance data.
- Natural ability to keep projects moving without being asked and proactively follow up until tasks are complete.
- The knack for noticing missing information before anyone else and quickly resolving blockers.
- Enjoyment in balancing multiple account priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear communication with executives and clients, comfortable leading status meetings when needed.
- A thrive-in attitude for environments where speed, accountability, and quality execution all matter.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs or 1:Few account cohort execution.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms and tools or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with project management software.
- Familiarity with AI tools that improve marketing productivity.
