We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must not include boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: description of role (first paragraph). Could be "About the role" heading with paragraphs describing role. - Responsibilities: list of duties: Campaign Strategy and Execution, Email Marketing Leadership, Performance Management and Optimization, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Marketing Technology and Operations. Could be bullet list. - Requirements: maybe "Experience you bring" includes professional experience, industry knowledge, marketing expertise, project management, collaboration skills, analytical skills, technology proficiency, educational background. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instructions: Use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections to include. We have content for: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes (the "Day in the life" bullet points). - Requirements: maybe the "Experience you bring" includes professional experience, etc. Could be split into Requirements (must-haves) and Qualifications (nice-to-haves) but we can combine. - Skills: maybe we can list specific skills like email marketing, ABM, segmentation, analytics, etc. - Benefits: yes (Benefits section with bullet list). - Pay: yes (Compensation section with pay range). - Schedule: not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule. - Qualifications: maybe we can treat educational background etc as Qualifications. But we already have Requirements. Could separate: Requirements = professional experience, industry knowledge, etc. Qualifications = educational background. Or we could combine. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. The posting includes some values and culture statements; we can keep them if they are substantive? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Us" section includes mission, values, inclusive workplace etc. That seems substantive about company, not boilerplate. Could be included under About the role? Might be better to include as a separate section? Not listed. Could be part of About the role or maybe we can include as a paragraph under About the role. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information". So we should keep the About Us description. We also have "Day in the life as the Marketing Campaign Manager" with bullet points under categories. Those are responsibilities. We have "You’ll thrive this role if…. " list of traits. Those could be under Skills or Requirements? They are more like personal attributes. Could be under Skills. We have "Experience you bring:" with sub-bullets. Those are requirements. We have "Compensation:" with pay range and benefits description. We have "Benefits:" bullet list. We have "Perks:" list (some duplicate with Benefits). Need to avoid duplicated lines. We should consolidate. We have "Learning and Development" sections (Onboarding, Manager training, etc). Those could be under Benefits? Or maybe under a separate section like "Learning and Development" but not in allowed headings. Could be included under Benefits or maybe under a generic section? Since only allowed headings are those, we might put learning and development under Benefits or maybe under a separate section not allowed, so we should omit? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. However we cannot create headings not in list. Could we incorporate learning and development details into Benefits section as a sub-list? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings. It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So likely we should only use those headings. So we need to fit all substantive info under those headings. Thus we can put learning and development under Benefits or maybe under Skills? Probably Benefits is appropriate as it's part of compensation/benefits. We also have "Perks" which overlap with Benefits; we can merge. We must not repeat job title. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include application instructions (like "Click here to learn more"). We must remove duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Structure:

We should not include Schedule. Check for duplicated lines: Benefits list includes some duplicates from Perks (unlimited PTO, company paid holidays, etc). We included them once. Check for any boilerplate: The "About Us" paragraph about mission, inclusive culture, etc. We haven't included that yet. We need to preserve substantive information. Where to put? Could be under About the role as a paragraph after role description. Let's add a paragraph about the company. Thus About the role section will have multiple paragraphs: first describing role, second about company. Let's craft About the role:

The Marketing Campaign Manager owns HR Acuity's marketing funnel end-to-end, moving prospects from initial awareness of employee relations and HR Acuity through to qualified leads handed off to sales. This is a build-and-execute role focused on email, account-based marketing, and the channels that tie them into one cohesive story. The role centers on meaningful database touchpoints, a refined and accelerated ABM approach, and an omnichannel strategy that connects email, ABM, events, and webinars. Success is measured by pipeline growth and the quality of leads passed to sales, not campaign volume alone.

HR Acuity® is the leading provider of employee relations case management and investigation software. We help organizations standardize how workplace issues are reported, documented, and investigated. Our data-driven approach to managing workplace issues helps our clients and partners build trusted, inclusive cultures where employees feel safe. This is an #All-in Zone. We are a fast-growing, innovative company where being #All-in is the norm. From our female founder CEO to every team member, we embrace a fully engaged mindset. We bring our best every day, fueled by passion for our mission and culture—and we expect the same from everyone who joins us. At the same time, we are deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace where different perspectives are valued and respected. We believe in creating an environment where everyone can show up as their authentic selves and thrive.

That preserves the About Us content. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Click here to learn more about our values and benefits". We removed that. Check for any duplicated lines: The responsibilities list includes items from "Day in the life". Ensure we didn't miss any: The list includes: - Own the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and audience needs. - Translate product positioning and messaging into compelling campaign narratives. - Lead strategy and execution for outbound email campaigns, including nurture programs, newsletters, and product updates. - Develop segmentation strategies and optimize email performance through A/B testing and analytics. - Ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). - Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve pipeline generation and influence. - Regularly audit lead scoring and content effectiveness.
