We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph about company and marketing team. Could be "About the role" or "About CCU". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Intro: "At Consumers Credit Union, we're more than a financial institution..." This is about company and marketing team. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About CCU". Since they gave example headings, we can use "About the role". That section can contain prose about the role and company. - Schedule/Location: "This position offers a hybrid schedule, with two to three days per week onsite at our Lake Forest corporate office and the remaining days worked remotely. Local Northern IL / Southeast WI candidates only!" This is schedule and location. We can create a "Schedule" section with that info. Also location maybe part of schedule. Could also be "Location" but not in list; we can embed in Schedule. - What You'll Do: list of duties. That's responsibilities. Use

    Responsibilities

    with
    • items. - What We're Looking For: includes Bachelor's degree, 8+ years experience, then bullet list of traits. That's qualifications/requirements. Could split into Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (traits). But we can combine into Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe one section "Qualifications" containing both education/experience and traits as list. - Compensation & Benefits: includes salary range, bonus eligibility, benefits description (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, disability, life insurance, 401(k), pension plan). Also link to careers page for more info. This is Pay and Benefits. We can create separate Pay and Benefits sections? The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation and benefits, so we can include both Pay and Benefits sections. However we could combine them into one "Compensation & Benefits" but they gave example headings Pay, Benefits, Schedule. We could create Pay and Benefits separate. But we need to avoid thin sections. Pay section would have salary range and bonus info. Benefits section would have list of benefits. Both are substantive enough. - About CCU: description of company founded 1930, assets, members, recognition. That's about the company. Could be "About the role" already used; maybe we can rename to "About CCU". But they gave example headings; we can still use any heading? They said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It's not exclusive; we can use those examples but not limited? Probably we should stick to those headings. So we can use About the role for intro about role/company. Then we have Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. That's six sections. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, accommodation contact, etc. Also remove "About CCU" maybe duplicate? Actually we have About CCU paragraph after benefits. That is substantive about company; we could incorporate into About the role section or maybe we could add a separate "About CCU" but not in list. Safer to incorporate into About the role. We also need to remove "Ready to make an impact? Join #TeamCCU..." that's like a call to action; maybe considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply but encouraging. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's a motivational statement. Could keep as part of About the role? It's not a duty or requirement. Might be considered fluff but it's substantive? It's basically a call to join. Might be considered application instruction? Not exactly. Safer to keep it in About the role as prose. We also need to remove "For more information about benefit offerings, please visit our careers page: https://www.myconsumers.org/about/what-we-do/careers". That's a reference; could keep as part of Benefits section. We need to remove duplicated lines. Not seeing duplicates. Now craft HTML. Structure:

      Pay

A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

      Benefits

      Schedule

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with two to three days per week onsite at our Lake Forest corporate office and the remaining days worked remotely. Local Northern IL / Southeast WI candidates only!

Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed EEO, equal opportunity, accommodation contact, "About CCU" paragraph (we incorporated some into About the role? Actually we didn't include the About CCU paragraph about founded 1930, assets, members, recognition. That is substantive about company. Should we include it? It's about the company, not the role. Could be part of About the role section. Let's add that info to About the role paragraph after the intro. So we need to incorporate: "About CCU Founded in 1930 and headquartered in Lake Forest, IL, Consumers Credit Union has $4.6 billion in assets and serves more than 285,000 members, making it one of the largest credit unions in the state. CCU believes that nobody needs banks on every corner, but everyone needs people who are in their corner. We’ve been recognized as a Great Place to Work®, and we’re committed to growing both our business and our people. To learn more, visit myconsumers.org". That's substantive; we should include. Thus About the role section will have two paragraphs: first about role and company intro, second about CCU details. Let's rewrite About the role:
